Even when I am so full to the point where I can’t breathe deeply enough, I feel hungry and want to eat more. How do I stop this feeling from coming?
Get an herb called Hoodia Gordonii at a health food store and follow the directions. It is taken with a glass of water prior to eating and it will curb your appetite by making you feel full.

1. Drink water-sometimes you feel like you want to eat more but you just need some water
2. Chew gum or
3. Brush your teeth-the fresh feeling lessens your wanting to eat
4. Go on a walk/Get some exercise
5. Do something that will distract you from wanting to eat-keep yourself occupied with something active, not watching TV. Go shopping, go on a walk, take a bath.
6. It’s hard when your mind is telling you to eat, but try have some self control. You should eat until you are about 90% full, not stuffed.

Eat slowly.
No kidding. It really works. The reason is that the brain-to-stomach connection is on something like a 20-minute delay. If you eat quickly, you can over-eat before you start to feel full. If you eat slowly, you allow your brain more time to catch up, and recognize that your stomach is full, letting you know that you should stop.
So, try eating slowly. Your digestive tract will thank you, and you’ll probably end up consuming the correct amount of calories, instead of eating too much.
