I need something to suppress my appetite in the same intensity that adderall does… but without adderall. How can I get an appetite suppressant like the one adderall gives you, without a prescription for anything?
Adderall is an amphetamine and a controlled substance. These drugs have effects on the body other than appetite suppression and can be dangerous, even if you find herbal or OTC versiosn. Try and find a natural way to curb your appetite or diet like exercise or eating more filling healthier foods ( vegetables, fruit). And drink plenty of water to feel full.
